Pathiramanal features Unni Mukundan, Jayasurya and Ramya Nambeesan in lead roles. The film narrates the story of Eldho, played by Unni Mukundan. Jayasurya plays the role of Eldho's father who dies in an attempt to avenge his wife's death. His wife was raped by a police constable played by Pradeep Rawat. The story picks up when Eldho reached Pathiramanal, a place near Kuttanad in Alappuzha to avenge his father's death. But in turn things gets tangled when he meets Sara, played by Ramya Nambeesan, who happens to be the daughter of the policeman.

Expectation & Reach
The reach of the film is almost 'in-existent'. We're trying to figure out why the film hasnt been promoted online at all. With visibility this low, the film may not really see people walking in to watch it. Even if the film is actually great, you need people to come watch it so that the word of mouth can take the film forward. The kind of reach that is needed for such word of mouth is missing in this case. Only around 6000 people have been exposed to videos and songs of Pathiramanal online; a number that should've been at least in the 25,000 to see a decent turn out at the box office.

True Happiness
At such low volumes of data, its difficult to calculate the happiness factor. But from the 'very limited response', the happiness factor isnt that good. Even glimpses of hot intimate scenes between Ramya Nambeesan and Unni Mukundan hasnt quite got the crowd going. We wish the makers would've put up a lot more online content.
