David boasts of quite the 'acting' potential. With names like Vikram, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Vinay, Tabu, Isha Sharvani and more, there's no lacking of 'class'. Add to that directing abilities of Bejoy Nambiar and you're bound to get one of the best off-beat films of 2013. Bejoy's earlier outing, Shaitan received HUGE critical acclaim and but was a dud at the box office. The director will be hoping to bring some spectacular screenplay into David just like he did for Shaitan.

With release set for February 1, the film's promotion isnt quite satisfying. The reach is pretty limited at the moment. Coming into the release week, the promotion team has a 'job' on their hand. There's a lot of work to be done to get more people on board. This is very important since the cast of the film 'doesnt feature' and of the BIG names in bollywood who would bring fans in. The best bet for David would be to make a descent hype for the release, and then catch on from their based on word of mouth.
